Ashly is a legal professional with extensive experience in policy and regulation in the financial sector, including most recently as a frontline supervisor at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Ashly has a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory process and a strong interest in behavioural approaches to risk management and risk culture. She has particular expertise in the management of conduct risk. 

Ashly holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Laws from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Laws (Government and Commercial) with Merit from the Australian National University. She is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of the ACT.
